Shockwave Therapy
Chiropractic shockwave therapy, often referred to as extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), is a non-invasive treatment method used to address various musculoskeletal conditions. This therapy uses high-energy acoustic waves (shockwaves) that are generated by a device and directed toward the affected area. These waves penetrate the skin and tissue, creating mechanical pressure and stimulating biological processes to promote healing by increasing blood flow.
